Intersection - English

I’m looking down on the intersecting roads and people
An insignificant traffic light’s
Flashing as if it tried to hurry something
It’s a relatively common and boring end
Even tears won’t appear
If this was a (TV-)drama it would be a scenario lower than 3rd place on the rating

Rather than “good-bye” or “thank you”
About a “Till then” or “See you” was just right
In case we even don’t tell gentle lies
At least collide* with me at last

‘I won’t forgive  I can’t forgive’
If I ended up crying like this it would be easy and yet
My pride made of glass
If I sink my claws in it’s a sad melody
Before  the traffic lights change
Before the breaks become impossible to use
We turn to the paths we are supposed to take respectively
We won’t intersect ever again, right?

What was I able to do for you?
I’m making up my mind  but even that
Is only to make an excuse for myself

What’s shaking is the heart’s flame
If touched it’ll become a wound which won’t disappear
Any word seems to turn into a lie and
I stand stock still, not saying anything

In order to melt into the crowd of people

However just a little,  they overlapped just a little
Just two paths intersecting
It’s only that after all

However, Maya sings it as “uchitsukete” which explains the otherwise grammatically useless て after the noun and can describe a range of actions as in “colliding”, “bumping into sth” up to “striking sth hard” etc. Make of that what you will :*
